Weight of a Nation
The weight of the America is in the hands of a single generation.
The weight of the America is in the hands of a single generation. A generation who grew up being handed things without a single thought to it. As times change and life becomes slightly harder, those in the generation must rely upon those who grew up with the knowledge of hard work, unique-ness, and earning you way which are learned through trial and error. The principles of morality, charity and faith which are not enforced by anyone but oneself. They must rely on the previous generations for guidance and clarity.
Those who choose to do so will thrive and make a difference. They will be the leaders who push true tolerance of all and true freedom. They will be the light and beacon for the continuation of a country, a country which is like no other, which has never seen an equal. This is beyond political party, this is beyond religion, this is beyond wealth, this is beyond intelligence, this is beyond race and this is beyond any kind of difference fathomable. Those differences are all minute compared to the bond that holds that generation together.
This bond which is held by the entire population of this generation can be toiled with and tarnished but it can also amazingly rebuild itself. This bond is called the American Spirit, and it is what the Generation, who have, unknowingly been placed with the fate of a nation, upon their backs, must rely upon. They must learn it from those previous generations who have lived it and proven that it is unbreakable. Those who know what it means to have freedom and those who understand what the American Spirit is all about. Doing so will allow our great country to continue making history and paving the way for righteousness and prosperity. It will also show that as time goes on, The American Spirit will continue unchanged and undivided. Because united they will stand, under one Flag, bleeding Red White and Blue, Stars in their eyes, and the American Spirit in their hearts.
This is the generation Iโm living in. We wake up to see that life may have been easy when we were young but rough times are ahead. But even with this obstacle looking us dead in the eye, we will not be divided, and we will not be silent. We will learn from those generations before and will continue the American Spirit. We will protect our freedoms and freedoms of our fellow countrymen. We will prove that even though we may have it a bit rough, we will fight to give future generations the very freedoms we were given to defend.
